**Job Title:** Order Picker/Stocker (Forklift Specialist) **Location:** Phoenix, AZ 85027 **Position Type:** Temporary (Immediate Start) **Shifts & Hours:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch) Monday-Friday, 2:00, p.m.-10:00, p.m. (30-minute lunch) Potential overtime: Early start, late stay, occasional Saturdays may be required **Pay Rate:** $17-$19 per hour (based on experience) **Job Overview:** Seeking a skilled Order Picker/Stocker with forklift experience for a temporary position at our Phoenix facility. You'll work with a racking system where all items have a primary location, using specialist forklifts and reach equipment. Approximately 25% of your shift will involve operating machinery. **Responsibilities:** + Pick and stock orders within a racking system + Move pallets of materials (each weighing several hundred pounds) + Operate swing reach, stand-up reach, and sit-down forklifts (in/out aisle operation required) + Ensure items are placed in their primary locations + Adhere to all safety procedures, especially when operating machinery + Use steel-toed boots at all times **Requirements:** + 1-2 years of forklift operating experience + Able to operate specialist forklifts (training provided if needed) + Comfortable with stand-up reach and swing-reach forklifts + Physically able to move heavy materials and pallets + Availability for overtime (early, late, and occasional Saturdays) + Must wear steel-toed boots **Additional Info:** You will spend approximately a quarter of your shift in machinery, typically at the start/end of the day and during breaks.
